The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate the conditions of use and utilisation of the Internet portal located at the address https://www.boutiquefelicidad.com and owned by Cristian Valle Sirvent with DNI/NIF 48338970P, with business name Boutique Felicidad and registered office at Avenida Gabriel MirĂ³ Local 2 (Boutique Felicidad) 03710, Calpe -Alicante-.

The estimated delivery time for products in stock is 24 to 72 hours in mainland Spain and Portugal, 6 to 10 working days to the rest of Europe. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Boutique Felicidad does not guarantee delivery times of shipments, as they depend largely on the speed of the user and the corresponding logistics operator. No claims will be accepted for this reason.
The shipping rates are those published on the website and may be changed without prior notice.
Warranties
The warranties of the products marketed on the portal are those established by the sellers.
Shipping and Returns
Boutique Felicidad, aims to ensure that the Internet shopping process does not entail any added inconvenience for the the consumer no additional inconvenience compared to other systems.
Shipments will be made by the carrier contracted by Boutique Felicidad, within 24 to 72 hours for products in stock, to any destination on the peninsula, including Portugal. From 6 to 10 working days to the rest of Europe. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In case of damage caused by transport or error on the part of Boutique Felicidad, you have the right to be resent the same article correctly or to the cancellation of the order and refund of the full amount of the purchase in case there was no stock of that product. Any errors or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The products must not have been used.
No cash refund will be given, the deadline will be 72 hours from receipt of the order and an exchange will be made for another size or article.products must not have been used. The original packaging is part of the product you are returning, and therefore must not have been tampered with.
The procedure for the change shall be as follows, without which the change cannot be accepted.

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Please note that we will refuse any package that does not follow this procedure.
Availability
Orders will be shipped as long as we have stock available in our warehouse. In case we do not have timely availability of any item Boutique Felicidad undertakes to contact the customer by email or phone within a maximum period of 48 working hours. To communicate to the customer the period within which he/she will be able to dispose of such item(s). In case a product of your order is not available, Boutique Felicidad undertakes to send you the rest of the available order as well as to propose an alternative to replace the unavailable product. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount of the unavailable item.

Legislation
These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law, which shall be applicable in relation to their validity, interpretation, execution and compliance. All discrepancies, claims and disputes with respect to the foregoing shall be resolved by arbitration at law in accordance with the rules of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration to whose rules they shall be subject. The Award shall be made by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with said regulations. If the arbitration does not take place by mutual agreement or is declared null and void, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction if any other.
